About the Role:
As a Settlements Administrator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the timely settlement of client trades. Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring the quality and completion of your work, with a keen eye for detail.
Interacting with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
Engaging in phone interactions to resolve issues effectively.
Processing transactions and conducting reconciliations.
Supporting both physical and electronic security transactions in an office-based role.Who We\’re Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or experience is a plus.
Previous experience in a financial services environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong proficiency in MS Office.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
