Key Accountabilities:
- Architect and Implement: Design scalable, event-driven, microservices-based backend components, including APIs, market data, order/risk workflows, and real-time streaming capabilities.
- Optimise Performance: Focus on improving latency, throughput, and reliability across the entire stack. Implement observability practices (metrics, tracing, logging) and conduct performance profiling.
- Establish Best Practices: Champion engineering excellence through code standards, testing strategies (unit/integration/E2E), CI/CD processes.
