Responsibilities
- Requirements Elicitation and Management: Lead workshops to analyze and document current and future processes. Gather business requirements through various methods, ensuring alignment with business standards.
- Enterprise Business Analysis & Strategic Framing: Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define business needs and opportunities. Structure ambiguous problems and align recommendations with organizational priorities.
- Product and Programme Roadmaps: Work with Product Managers, Solution Architects, and Project Managers to define roadmaps. Identify dependencies and ensure deliverables align with strategic goals.
- Improvement/Innovation: Identify and champion opportunities for enhancing processes and systems, leveraging change management frameworks for sustainable improvements.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership: Engage and influence stakeholders through structured communication, fostering collaboration across business and tech areas to support long-term objectives.
- Knowledge and Best Practices: Facilitate knowledge-sharing and promote best practices within the team.
