About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Software Engineer to join a major UK critical infrastructure and energy organisation on an initial 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. You'll be supporting the delivery of innovative digital solutions within a large-scale technology environment that underpins the UK's electricity distribution network.
This is a predominantly remote role, with occasional travel required to attend team workshops and PI (Programme Increment) Planning events.
Working within an Agile environment, you'll design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performing software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver resilient, cloud-based applications.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll work as part of an Agile Scrum team, participating in sprint ceremonies and contributing to iterative delivery cycles.
