Your New Role: As a Payroll Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for approximately 2,200 employees. Your expertise in payroll regulations and processes will be invaluable as you help maintain compliance while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Payroll Processing: Collaborate with the team to manage end-to-end payroll processing for two payrolls each month.
- Systems Management: Identify and address discrepancies in the flow of information between ADP, SuccessFactors, and other systems.
- Year-End Processing: Assist with tax year-end requirements, including P60s, P11Ds, and audits.
- Data Management: Collect, verify, and input payroll data from various departments, ensuring accuracy for additional pay and absence-related information.
- Compliance: Ensure all payroll practices meet statutory requirements and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare timely reports and reconciliations for internal stakeholders.
