About the Role:

You will take the lead in engineering resources, ensuring the successful implementation of Databricks architecture and overseeing the ingestion of new data sources. Your expertise will be critical in providing technical guidance to support engineers, ensuring that production issues are promptly addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver a modern Azure and Databricks Data platform, adhering to best practices.
- Lead data engineering efforts across all layers of the data platform, navigating both legacy Synapse and strategic Databricks environments.
- Oversee related DevOps activities, including branch supervision and merging.
- Act as a Databricks DBA, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
