Are you detail-oriented and thrive in a physically active work environment? Our client is seeking a Records & Filing Clerk to join their team on a fixed-term basis for 12 months. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity of physical documents and ensuring efficient filing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document Management: Perform a wide range of filing tasks, focusing on physical documents. You will be responsible for pulling and filing documents in an organised manner, adhering to established procedures.
  • Transaction Processing: Process account-related transactions according to scheduled events and client authentication directions. You will follow established procedures to answer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Adaptation & Problem Solving: Manage situations that may require you to adapt your response based on client feedback or perform extensive research for resolution. More complex issues will be escalated to senior colleagues.
