Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and delivering key programmes across multiple regions. Your analytical skills and strategic mindset will be essential in managing day-to-day implementation activities, tracking progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Programme Planning: Collaborate with the BST Lead Programme Manager in developing and executing plans for seamless delivery across Luxembourg, Germany, and the UK.
- Day-to-Day Coordination: Oversee implementation activities by liaising with country and platform teams to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Integrated Delivery Plans: Create and maintain comprehensive delivery plans, including milestones and dependency views that reflect the project's trajectory.
- Progress Tracking: Monitor programme milestones and proactively highlight any delivery risks or slippage to stakeholders.
- Status Reporting: Prepare insightful status reports, dashboards, and forward-looking insights for programme governance, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- RAID Logs Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and facilitate escalation processes with clear impact assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Workstream Coordination: Gather inputs from workstream PMs to present a cohesive programme view and ensure all aspects are integrated.
- Regulatory Considerations: Support the management of regulatory, legal entity, and country-specific requirements to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Governance Materials Drafting: Assist in drafting governance documentation, including status packs and decision papers, to support informed decision-making.
- Action Follow-Up: Drive follow-up on agreed actions and mitigation plans to maintain momentum and focus on objectives.
- Documentation Management: Maintain delivery documentation with an emphasis on audit-grade traceability to support governance and compliance requirements.
- Client Interaction: Participate in client and incumbent status calls, ensuring that shared tracking and governance documentation remains up to date and accurate.
