Responsibilities:

  • Join our dynamic Global People Analytics team to drive impactful change within the energy sector!
  • Deliver high-quality Power BI dashboards and insightful HR performance metrics that inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analytics requirements, ensuring clarity and precision from concept to delivery.
  • Design and implement data pipelines and models, partnering with our internal SAP DataSphere Engineer to optimise data flow.
  • Create visually stunning, interactive dashboards that engage users and simplify complex data insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy through validation and compliance with data governance policies.
  • Develop access and controls frameworks to maintain the integrity of our Power BI suite.
  • Manage project milestones effectively, adapting to the fast-paced nature of digital transformation.

Technical / Specialist Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex data concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in HR data visualisation analytics, particularly with Power BI, and familiarity with HR reporting systems such as SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Expertise in data transformation, DAX coding, and advanced analytics.
  • Ability to navigate fast-paced project environments and manage ambiguity with innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of Data Governance and role-based security frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Data Analytics, or related fields; advanced degrees preferred.
  • Experience in HR analytics, with a track record of using Power BI effectively.
  • Experience in HR transformation and system implementation is highly desirable.
