3 Months (Scope to become permanent) Castle Donington (Hybrid working)

Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment? Our client is seeking an experienced PMO Analyst to join their Project Management Office within the Customer Excellence team. If you have a passion for transformation and a knack for delivering projects with precision, we want to hear from you!

About the Role:

As a PMO Analyst, you'll play a vital role in ensuring projects run smoothly and achieve their intended outcomes. You will report directly to the PMO Manager and work collaboratively with teams across the organization. This role is ideally based in Castle Donnington, but we offer flexibility across our offices in the West Midlands, East Midlands, Southwest, or Wales. Enjoy the benefits of hybrid working, with travel to Castle Donnington once a week and the remainder of your time working from home.

What You Will Do:

  • Maintain PMO frameworks, standards, and templates to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Monitor adherence to governance processes, proactively escalating risks and issues when necessary.
  • Support the identification and tracking of risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure effective management.
  • Assist in monitoring project progress against timelines and dependencies.
  • Help update the Programme Transformation Plan, managing prioritization, dependencies, and risks.
  • Provide support for the Change Request Log for all new changes raised.
  • Assist in updating plans, milestones, and benefits, escalating where necessary.
  • Conduct stage gate assessments and post-implementation reviews to promote continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the organization to ensure alignment and governance.
  • Champion stakeholder engagement and change management for seamless processes and ways of working.
  • Enhance PMO tools, templates, and documentation.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the PMO Function and embed best practices in project management.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a PMO Analyst in large, complex organizations.
  • Expertise in PMO governance, program management, and project delivery methodologies (MSP, PRINCE2).
  • PMO qualification (or currently working towards one).
  • A strong track record in customer-focused industries, successfully delivering technical and business change programs.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Resilient, proactive, and highly organized, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Committed to making decisions that benefit the wider community.
