Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services and Murex? We are seeking a skilled Customer Journey Manager (CJM) to join a major Murex Migration Programme, playing a key role in shaping and optimising end-to-end customer experiences.
Role Overview:
As a CJM, you will partner closely with the Product Owner and cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, Risk, Markets Operations, and Engineering to ensure the customer journey is well understood, accurately designed, and continuously improved. Your insights will help drive prioritisation, design choices, and integration across functions, focusing on both internal and external user experiences within an agile framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, measure, and orchestrate customer journeys related to Murex product development
- Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure journey effectiveness and user experience alignment
- Support agile delivery by writing and refining user stories, documenting requirements, and engaging in design authority discussions
- Assist with journey improvements by analysing functional challenges and integrating feedback
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in financial services as a CJM or Business Analyst working with senior stakeholders
- Strong background working with Murex in a business analyst capacity
- Solid knowledge of capital markets, treasury products, and large-scale multi-year implementations
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
- Ability to clearly document and clarify requirements and support design decisions
Desirable:
- Experience migrating desks/products onto Murex using MXpress methodology
- In-depth knowledge of Interest Rate Swaps and/or Money Market products
