About the Role:
As a Corporate Actions Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the execution of mandatory and voluntary corporate action custody processing. Your responsibilities will include:
- Announcing corporate action events
- Handling dividend and interest payments
- Managing class action suits
- Maintaining accurate event records
- Addressing basic client inquiries and escalating complex issues as necessary
You'll have the chance to showcase your analytical skills and attention to detail as you ensure the quality and timely completion of your work. This role does not involve direct reports, allowing you to take ownership of your responsibilities and drive your own success!
Who You Are:
We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:
- High School/Secondary School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- An experience in financial services processing and corporate actions (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite
