Our client, a leading player in the banking industry, is seeking dynamic and detail-oriented Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) Specialists to join their vibrant team in the heart of Manchester. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive client profiles for both new and existing clients, ensuring thorough due diligence during the onboarding process.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of client profiles, leveraging online tools and independent research for accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with relationship managers to gather essential client information, ensuring profiles are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Execute QSS real-time scans to verify ownership against the ChoicePoint database and validate client information.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to facilitate information gathering and enhance team collaboration.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.
  • Make amendments to existing client profiles when necessary, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to the achievement of team goals by actively participating in team initiatives and projects.

Candidate Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Previous experience in trading, brokerage, fraud, or law is preferred.
  • Applicable local or regional licences or certifications as required by the business.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
