Role Profile
As an Interaction Designer, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to improve customer acquisition and optimize onboarding journeys. You will work closely with a Content Designer and a Design Researcher, collaborating daily with Product Owners and Engineers to shape solutions that meet user needs and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance user interactions for our public website and mobile platforms.
- Focus on improving the onboarding experience for new customers, ensuring a streamlined and engaging process.
- Optimize existing onboarding journeys, addressing pain points and enhancing user satisfaction.
- Utilize a design library to create and maintain screens, ensuring consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints.
- Partner with team members to field questions and collaboratively develop design solutions.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Interaction Designer, particularly in the banking or financial services industry.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, especially in mobile-first environments.
- Experience working with a design library and maintaining screens that adhere to brand and usability standards.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A user-centered approach to design, with a keen understanding of user needs and behaviors.
