What You'll Do: As a UX Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating user-friendly and engaging experiences for our clients. including Data Engineers and Data Scientists. Developing wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design concepts. Conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Iterating on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights. What We're Looking For: We seek someone who is not just a designer but a user experience champion! Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role, preferably in the financial or insurance industry. Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impactful projects. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Excellent understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
