6 Month Contract (Initial) London Hybrid Working

We are happy to be recruiting for one of our high-profile Banking clients. They are currently looking for a Transactions Manager to join their team for an initial 6-month contract. However, there may be scope for extension.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding of new clients (particularly in the Custody space).
  • Reviewing of legal contracts (including Custody Agreements, Account Bank and Agency Agreements).
  • Managing up to approximately 20 matters at any one time.
  • Presenting of information to internal committees.
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in Debt Capital Markets (DCM).
  • Experience in reviewing contracts.
  • Client onboarding.
  • Experience in Finance.
  • ILS Project Finance experience.
  • Business implementation.

Location: This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to work from the clients London office 4 days a week.

Working hours: Standard working hours with some flex where required.
