About the Role:
As the Training Lead for the CDE and Information Management Programme, you will define and lead the implementation of a comprehensive training strategy across our Onshore project portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the training landscape and ensure that our teams are equipped with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the CDE Training Strategy.
- Develop an implementation plan aligned with the CDE and IM roadmap.
- Establish training governance, standards, and quality controls.
- Support the design and rollout of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Manage the CDE and IM training content library and governance processes.
- Collaborate with the CDE and IM Change Lead to ensure coherent adoption performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content accuracy.
- Implement a continuous improvement approach to training delivery.
- Set KPIs and provide periodic reporting on training progress and readiness.
Key Deliverables:
- Comprehensive training strategy and implementation plan.
- High-quality IM/CDE training materials.
- A governed content library for IM/CDE training.
- Integrated communications to support training and adoption.
Requirements and Skills:
Essential Skills:
- Strong experience in delivering training strategies for CDE and IM.
- Proven experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Experience in large-scale technology transformation programmes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Qualifications:
- Associated or chartered with relevant industry bodies for change management.
- Experience in infrastructure delivery or asset operations.
