Rate: 350 - 370 Umbrella Per Day

What You'll Do:
- Provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line support to traders and the front office, addressing any technical issues with speed and precision.
- Collaborate closely with various teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve trading platform issues.
- Monitor trading systems and applications to ensure maximum uptime and performance.
- Assist in the implementation of new trading tools and technologies.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
- Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to continually improve our trading environment.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven 1st and 2nd line support experience in Trade Floor Support within financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of trading systems, platforms, and financial markets.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
