What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Project / Programme Management within Front Office Commodities Technology, delivering the full Software Development Lifecycle
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of front office systems, trade lifecycle, and commodities markets.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage a variety of audiences.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
