Role Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join a high-performing engineering team responsible for building and enhancing execution and trade workflow platforms. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting scalable, resilient applications that facilitate complex business processes and high-volume transaction flows.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture & Solution Design
- Contribute to the design, architecture, and implementation of trading, sales, operations, and workflow solutions.
- Ensure technical solutions align with business objectives, scalability requirements, security standards, and engineering best practices.
- Support the evolution of platform architecture through modern design patterns and technology adoption.
- Platform Development
- Design and develop flexible, scalable applications capable of supporting diverse integration patterns and high-throughput processing.
- Build resilient backend services and intuitive frontend applications that support business-critical workflows.
- Develop solutions that accommodate future growth and changing business requirements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Business, Operations, and Engineering teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Participate in requirements discussions, technical planning, and solution reviews.
- Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Engineering Excellence
- Deliver high-quality, secure, maintainable, and performant code.
- Conduct code reviews and contribute to software quality standards.
- Follow established development methodologies, testing practices, and deployment processes.
