What You’ll Do:
- Drive Transformation: Lead the charge in implementing defined IT changes that support business transformation. Your role is pivotal in collaborating with Service Delivery and Business Readiness to ensure seamless communication of IT changes.
- Project Management: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables while creating detailed project plans and schedules. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to guarantee smooth project execution and benefits realisation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders. Your excellent communication skills will help you navigate and remove roadblocks, ensuring alignment with transformation timelines and objectives.
- Monitor Progress: Keep a close eye on project progress, identifying risks and issues while developing effective mitigations. You’ll provide regular updates and manage expectations across all levels.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear project documentation and generate insightful progress reports. Analyse key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimise project management processes.
Who You Are:
- Experience: You have a solid background in Change and Transformation within large, complex IT environments. Your hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira and Confluence is a must!
- Communication Skills: Your ability to present ideas clearly and build interpersonal relationships sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative settings and excel at engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Agile Expertise: You possess strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, allowing you to identify areas for value addition and proactively deliver results.
