Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Project Manager to spearhead the successful execution of strategic business and technology initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving complex programmes that bolster organisational growth, enhance operational effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster future technology modernisation.
As the Delivery Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to influence and collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and external partners, playing a key role in the delivery of our client's transformation roadmap. This roadmap includes essential projects such as property management platforms, finance systems, customer and colleague technology, data and reporting solutions, and automation opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology projects, from initiation to implementation and benefit realisation.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, delivery roadmaps, governance structures, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
- Collaborate closely with business and technology leaders to define project scope, priorities, outcomes, and success measures.
- Manage cross-functional project teams, third-party suppliers, and business stakeholders to achieve agreed objectives.
- Identify, manage, and resolve project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges.
- Facilitate project workshops, planning sessions, steering groups, and governance forums.
- Drive business readiness, user adoption, and change management activities to maximise business value.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
