Job Title: Material Resource Planning Controller (MRPC) Location: Teal Park, Lincoln (Hybrid: minimum 3 days in office) Contract Duration: 12 month initial contract Hourly Rate: £18.00 - £24.00/hr PAYE. Also available £24.00 - £32.00/hr Umbrella Start Date: ASAP but 4 week notice is fine Working Pattern: Full Time (Flexible hours with core hours between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM) Our client is seeking a talented Material Resource Planning Controller (MRPC) to join their dynamic team in the energy sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while ensuring smooth supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: Create, maintain, and communicate detailed delivery plans for part orders within the supply chain. Analyse demand changes and provide insights to the Team Leader/Purchasing Manager regarding customer requirements. Manage stock levels across the supply chain, ensuring timely utilisation. Maintain accurate supplier delivery commitments in SAP and address inquiries effectively. Lead operational relationships with suppliers, coordinating improvements in planning, inventory, and delivery. Conduct business reviews with suppliers to ensure alignment with quality, cost, and delivery expectations.Key Requirements: Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, or Logistics in a similar position. Strong knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and relevant IT systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems.
