The PLM Consultant will operate as a Use Case Lead within a major PLM transformation programme, supporting the design, refinement, and adoption of new PLM capabilities across the business. This role is business‑facing rather than technical and involves interpreting requirements, engaging stakeholders, shaping backlogs, and ensuring successful functional delivery across PLM capability areas such as Documents, Requirements, PDP, Classification and MBSE.
You will act as a business proxy where internal resources are limited, ensuring each capability area is fully understood, documented, prioritised, and aligned with programme objectives.

- Lead requirement gathering with business users and SMEs
- Translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria
- Own and manage the use‑case backlog for assigned PLM capability areas
