Your expertise will help build line manager capability and embed a robust coaching culture throughout the organisation. You will have the exciting opportunity to design and deliver engaging Coaching for Performance workshops, facilitate peer mentoring sessions, and provide targeted 1:1 coaching that supports continuous learning and development. Key Accountabilities: Workshop Wizardry: Schedule and prepare for impactful Coaching for Performance workshops that inspire and uplift. Mentoring Maven: Design and facilitate online peer mentoring sessions and action learning sets to foster ongoing support and evaluate training effectiveness. Feedback Focused: Update intervention designs based on participant and business feedback, ensuring relevance and engagement.
