Strong communication skills, capable of resolving conflicts while maintaining a positive atmosphere. Leadership traits that inspire and motivate others, fostering collaboration and high performance. Creative problem-solving abilities that drive innovation and continuous improvement. Strong collaboration skills, ensuring stakeholder engagement and steady progress towards goals. Proficiency in risk management, facilitating identification, mitigation, and monitoring.
