About the Role:
As our Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead the charge in designing and executing innovative marketing strategies across various channels. Your deep expertise in paid social, especially on platforms like Meta and TikTok, will be crucial as you explore new avenues for growth through affiliate marketing and emerging platforms.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead Cross Channel Growth Strategy & Testing
- Design and run structured experiments across Paid Social, Affiliate, and emerging channels (PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest).
- Collaborate with Full Funnel teams to identify and scale new growth levers that drive customer acquisition and commercial value.
- Develop channel plans that translate commercial goals into measurable activities.
- Own Hands-On Activation & Performance Delivery
- Manage execution across Meta and TikTok, optimizing audiences, creative, formats, and measurement approaches.
- Work alongside agency partners and internal teams to ensure strategy alignment, high-quality execution, and continuous optimization.
- Drive Creative Excellence
- Develop and refine creative templates grounded in audience insights and platform behaviors.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-performing, social-first assets that maximize engagement and conversions.
- Unlock New Affiliate Growth
- Explore and identify new affiliate partners beyond traditional comparison sites, designing performance-based test programs to uncover incremental opportunities.
- Shape the Channel Roadmap & Share Insight
- Contribute to long-term channel strategies and innovation roadmaps.
- Document learnings, share insights across teams, and uplift capabilities to drive consistent performance.
What You'll Need:
- Direct experience managing multi-million-pound budgets across paid social.
- Advanced expertise in paid social, particularly on Meta and TikTok, focusing on audience strategy, creative optimization, and advanced measurement.
- A keen creative eye, able to guide and optimize assets for diverse audiences and funnel stages.
- Performance marketing experience, with the knack for interpreting data, diagnosing issues, and driving measurable commercial results.
- Curiosity and versatility across channels, with enthusiasm for testing platforms like PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
- A proactive, growth-focused mindset, comfortable in ambiguity and energized by experimentation.
