About the Role

As a Data Engineer, you will report directly to the Lead Data Engineer and play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining scalable data pipelines. Your expertise will ensure data availability, quality, and performance, supporting key analytics and operational decision-making. Key Accountabilities

  • Design & Develop: Build scalable, secure, and efficient data pipelines, ensuring that data is accessible and of the highest quality.
  • Roadmap Contribution: Help shape the data engineering roadmap, aligning solutions with business priorities and technical strategies.
  • Workflow Optimization: Leverage automation and best practices to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Data Science, Insight, and Governance teams to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Governance & Compliance: Implement data governance and security standards, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify risks and ensure ongoing enhancement of data engineering processes.
  • Lifecycle Management: Monitor the data pipeline lifecycle from design to post-deployment performance analysis.
  • Vendor Engagement: Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure alignment with project requirements and timelines.
  • Emerging Technologies: Stay updated on industry trends to continuously enhance data engineering capabilities.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear technical processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.

What We're Looking For
