Our client, a dynamic organisation based in Dublin, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant I to join their team for a temporary six-month assignment. This role is perfect for individuals looking to contribute their skills in a vibrant environment while gaining valuable experience in administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary Management: Organising and maintaining schedules, ensuring efficient time management for the team.
  • Meeting Coordination: Scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Data Compilation: Assisting in the collection and compilation of data for reports and presentations.
  • Clerical Duties: Filing documents, answering telephone calls, and providing general administrative support.
  • Office Supplies Management: Maintaining and ordering office supplies to ensure a well-equipped workplace.
  • Correspondence: Composing clear and professional correspondence while ensuring correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.

Qualifications:

  • A high school education is required; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are an advantage.
  • Solid experience in clerical administration, team secretarial roles, or management support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word; familiarity with personal computers is essential.
