Invoicing Finance Assistants: Raise and issue invoices and credit notes using finance systems. Process customer refunds and maintain accurate account information. Ensure compliance with established procedures and data protection requirements. Previous experience in finance administration, transactional finance processing, or high-volume administrative roles. Basic proficiency in Excel is required, including formulas, sums, and VLOOKUPs. Familiarity with finance systems Benefit from onsite parking and a flexible working arrangement after three months.
