Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Experience:
- A solid background in the IT industry, with a focus on business reporting.
- Bi-lingual proficiency in Japanese.
- Experience in finance or administrative roles, with a track record of directly assisting senior management in decision-making processes.
- Working experience in a culturally diverse environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate across different teams and backgrounds.
- Understanding of operating system installation and version control at a high level.
- Knowledge of network configuration.
- Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff members.
- Proven experience in leading teams within an organisational context.
- Strong understanding of MS .NET Framework environments.
- Familiarity with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
