Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.

Skills & Experience:

  • A solid background in the IT industry, with a focus on business reporting.
  • Bi-lingual proficiency in Japanese.
  • Experience in finance or administrative roles, with a track record of directly assisting senior management in decision-making processes.
  • Working experience in a culturally diverse environment, demonstrating the ability to collaborate across different teams and backgrounds.
  • Understanding of operating system installation and version control at a high level.
  • Knowledge of network configuration.
  • Experience in mentoring and developing junior staff members.
  • Proven experience in leading teams within an organisational context.
  • Strong understanding of MS .NET Framework environments.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server and Oracle databases.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • Advanced communication skills to engage effectively with business users.
