Role Profile
As an Infrastructure Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of significant changes across multiple business units. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensuring that all project aspects - including scope, timeline, and budget - are meticulously managed. This is a key role where you will act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure seamless integration of various work streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee project scope, timelines, and budget, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
- Resource Alignment: Obtain and align resources to key project roles, establishing clear responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Execution Oversight: Lead and direct project execution, integration, and implementation, maintaining focus on quality assurance and compliance.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement effective risk management and mitigation strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with business and technology leaders, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and informed.
- Program Coordination: Facilitate all program routines, including kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings, to promote communication and collaboration.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor success metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on project status, risks, and schedule.
- Financial Management: Manage project financials and assist with resource planning, contributing to the overall success of the program.
