RESP Communications Officer – Internal Communications Duration – 6 Months with scope to extend Location – Warwick/Remote Introduction The Regional Energy Strategic Planning (RESP) team has been established to deliver the new RESP role, as defined by Ofgem in their RESP Policy Framework, published in April 2025. The RESP service is made up of a central \’hub\’ team and eleven regional \’spokes\’. The regional teams cover Scotland, Wales and nine English regions. The central hub includes the RESP Engagement and Communications (E&C) team. The E&C team is responsible for developing the delivery of the RESP service\’s engagement and communications strategy, coordinating its delivery, and for delivering certain elements. RESP central communications activities are delivered by the RESP E&C team, focused on both external and internal audiences. This role sits within the RESP E&C team, leading and supporting the delivery of the team\’s communications responsibilities. Key Accountabilities: Create and manage the development of lines to take, intranet articles and updates, newsletter articles; drafting emails communications; drafting messages for internal channels such as Microsoft Teams and internal social platform; creating slide pack and PowerPoint presentations; managing Sharepoint sites; coordinating internal news updates and briefings Work closely with other communications teams, especially the central internal communications team, t…
