About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Colleague Listening & Engagement Specialist to deliver and evolve our colleague listening and engagement strategy.
This role will lead the final annual listening survey on the existing Qualtrics platform for 2025/26 and play a critical role in the implementation and embedment of Workday Peakon as the primary listening tool from 2026/27 onwards.
You will work closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders to translate employee feedback into meaningful actions that enhance engagement, culture, and overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Listening & Engagement
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday Peakon, including annual engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and lifecycle listening for 2026/27.
- Partner with external survey providers and internal stakeholders to design, configure, and optimise the Peakon platform.
- Deliver and manage the annual employee listening survey for 2025/26 using Qualtrics.
- Leadership Partnership
- Enable leaders to confidently interpret survey results and take impactful, data-led actions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on best practices for employee engagement, culture, and experience improvement.
- Insight & Analysis
- Analyse employee feedback data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the organisation.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and recommendations that inform decision-making.
- Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with leadership teams to align and embed engagement improvement actions.
- Recommend and support additional listening approaches such as focus groups or deep-dive sessions where needed.
- Continuously review and improve listening tools and engagement strategies to ensure they remain effective and relevant.
- Communication & Engagement
- Lead communication and engagement activity to support survey launches and drive participation.
- Ensure transparent communication of survey results and follow-up actions to employees.
About You:
Essential
- Proven experience implementing and managing Workday Peakon listening tools (mandatory).
- Strong background in employee engagement, colleague listening, or employee experience roles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret survey data and identify key themes and alignment gaps.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across all organisational levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Desirable
- Experience using Qualtrics or other enterprise listening platforms.
- Experience advising senior leaders on culture, engagement, or change initiatives.
