Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement: Independently assist clients by responding to complex inquiries via phone, email, and other channels regarding our client's products, services, and procedures.
  • Technical Assistance: Address client questions about product features and provide technical support for complex issues escalated by junior team members.
  • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve intricate operational or client issues while identifying trends and proposing effective solutions.
  • Communication: Provide timely status updates on problem resolution and outstanding issues to various teams. Ensure inquiries are directed to the appropriate resources within the organisation.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute ideas for improving team efficiency and assist in the coordination and implementation of process changes.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Experience in financial services operations, wealth operations, and client service is highly desirable.
