We are looking for an experienced Mobile Engineer to join a global technology team supporting and managing corporate mobile devices. This role is focused on mobile device management (MDM) and automation, not mobile application development. You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing a Microsoft-based mobile management environment, working closely with a distributed team across multiple regions.
Responsibilities
- Manage, support, and maintain corporate mobile device environments
- Administer and configure Microsoft Intune for mobile device management
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate MDM and operational tasks
- Support device compliance, security policies, and configurations
- Work closely with global team members to deliver technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mobile device management platforms
- Contribute to ongoing internal technology initiatives and improvements
Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune (MDM)
- Solid PowerShell scripting experience (automation, administration)
- Good understanding of Microsoft cloud / Azure environments
- Experience managing enterprise mobile devices (iOS and/or Android)
- Background as an infrastructure / mobile engineer, not a mobile app developer
- Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team
Nice to Have
- SQL / scripting experience
- Previous automation or tooling experience
- Experience in large enterprise or global environments
- ITIL knowledge (beneficial but not required)
