Location: Chester (Hybrid, 2 days per week onsite)

Contract: 12 Months

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support a large-scale technology portfolio focused on technology currency and remediation activity across a complex enterprise environment. This is a coordination-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with large volumes of data, managing competing priorities, and collaborating with technical and project delivery teams to ensure plans, milestones and reporting remain accurate and up to date.

Working alongside Project Managers, delivery teams and technology stakeholders, you will help track activity, maintain project information, support reporting requirements and ensure data quality across multiple workstreams. This role would suit someone with Project Coordination, PMO, Business Analysis, Governance or Technology Delivery support experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and engaging with a range of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities across multiple technology workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and validate project data, plans, milestones and remediation schedules.
  • Work closely with Project Managers and technical teams to gather, track and update delivery information.
  • Review large datasets to identify gaps, inconsistencies and data quality issues.
  • Support the production of project status reports, dashboards and management information.
  • Analyse project data to provide meaningful updates and progress reporting.
  • Assist with governance activities, action tracking and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare presentations and reporting packs for management and delivery forums.
  • Monitor risks, issues, dependencies and key delivery milestones.
  • Support continuous improvement of reporting, processes and project controls.

Skills and Experience

We're interested in individuals who can demonstrate strong coordination, organisational and stakeholder management skills. Experience within technology or infrastructure-focused environments would be beneficial, but deep technical expertise is not required.

  • Business Analysis

  • Governance or Reporting functions

You should also have:

  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Confidence engaging with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Experience producing reports, presentations and management information.
  • Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs (or equivalent data analysis techniques).
  • Experience working with large and complex datasets.

Desirable Experience

The following would be advantageous but are not essential:

  • Experience supporting Project Managers or technology delivery teams.
  • Exposure to infrastructure, network, application or technology-focused projects.
  • Experience working within large enterprise environments.
  • Knowledge of project governance and delivery processes.
  • Experience using JIRA, Power BI or similar reporting and tracking tools.
  • Experience working with technology remediation, lifecycle management or technology risk initiatives.
  • Experience working alongside network, infrastructure or engineering teams.
  • Relationship management experience across multiple stakeholder groups.
