About the Company
The Employee Experience Technology (EET) Mobile team is hiring a process analyst / implementation analyst to work within our Service Assurance team. Supporting the Service manager to document existing business processes, improvement opportunities and work with regional stakeholders to deploy enhancements to procedural documentation, controls and metrics to monitor procedure execution along with deploying technology improvements within the Corporate Mobile space among mobile carriers in 39 countries.
About the Role
The successful candidate should have good experience with stakeholder management and be able to demonstrate effective communication skills as they will be expected to work with various teams within EET Mobile (Product Managers, Service Managers, Engineering and Business control/ Risk Managers) and partner with our Procurement, Vendor Management Finance Organisations to support the enhancement of global processes related to carrier service delivery. The role is a great opportunity to learn about many products and services provided within our organisation but also get exposure to Enterprise-wide controls and processes that are required to govern our suppliers, as well as the products and services we deliver.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing procedural documentation related to the local management of mobile devices in each country.
- Partner with various stakeholders to develop enhanced procedural documentation for each operating country, taking into account local requirements, global regulation and wider policy.
- Analyse spends, connections and carrier data to drive business decisions aimed at cost reduction and trend analysis.
- Review carrier invoices for errors, bill shock and to identify any trends or patterns related to usage.
- Assist the mobile service management team to implement eSIM technology globally by coordinating with local support teams and mobile carriers.
- Partner with Risk teams to present and fully document enhancements made to the mobile service through the process improvements executed.
Qualifications
- Experience of working within technology for a multi-national financial institution.
- Experience of working within a supplier risk management/ control function is preferable.
- Experience of working across multiple LOBs and demonstrate strong stakeholder management. This is essential for influencing stakeholders whose support is critical to our success.
- Experience of reviewing/developing process documentation.
- Experience of presenting solutions to peers and users at various levels within the organisation.
- Experience of working with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) tools to drive operational efficiencies within an organisation.
Required Skills
- Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor a message to an audience.
- Ability to create presentation material for sharing with key stakeholders and immediate management.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, specifically PowerPoint, Word and Excel, along with the use of Microsoft Visio.
- Advanced experience with Excel - Macros, Pivot Tables, V-Lookups would be preferable.
