Our Operations team is looking for a skilled Application Support Engineer to support and maintain real-time communication and automation applications. These applications are Java-based and run on Linux environments. We’re seeking professionals with strong experience in Linux administration, SQL databases, and automation scripting, who can troubleshoot issues, maintain system stability, and support critical business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot Java-based applications hosted on Linux servers
- Develop, enhance, and maintain automation scripts using Python and PowerShell
- Install, configure, and deploy software applications
- Monitor system performance and investigate production issues
- Perform application deployments, patching, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery activities
- Create and maintain technical documentation
