Role Overview
As the Site Administrator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the administrative functions of our site.
You will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of site documentation and reports.
- Support the Site Manager and other team members by providing administrative assistance as needed.
- Maintain an organised filing system, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy access to information.
- Coordinate site visits, meetings, and events, ensuring all logistics are managed smoothly.
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and team members, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
- Assist with onboarding processes for new site personnel, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies on site.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role, preferably within a site or construction environment.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
