Section 2 – Purpose of the Role

As a DD&T Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in planning and coordinating IT Procurement projects, ensuring the delivery of optimal technology solutions. Collaborating with a dedicated procurement team and multidisciplinary IT professionals, you’ll validate requirements, manage vendor engagement, and ensure projects meet time, cost, and quality criteria.

As the Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing insightful project reporting

Section 5 – Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Create detailed project plans, ensuring task ownership and tracking milestones
  • Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and stakeholders to validate business requirements
  • Lead a cross-functional team, including third-party suppliers, to ensure successful delivery
  • Manage critical dependencies and risks across interconnected projects
  • Oversee investment proposal accuracy and governance structures
  • Report on project KPIs and regulatory commitments
  • Facilitate effective communication and documentation processes
  • Conduct RAID management and provide status updates to the Programme Management Board
