You’ll support the handling of ER matters such as absence, disciplinaries, grievances, and workplace concerns, working closely with managers and senior ER colleagues to ensure cases are managed fairly, consistently, and in line with policy. You’ll play a key role in maintaining standards across case management while building your confidence in advising on ER processes and supporting investigations.

- Confidence supporting managers with ER queries and processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive situations professionally
- Sound judgement with the ability to follow guidance on more complex matters
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple cases or tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
