An excellent opportunity for a Data Analyst with strong reporting, dashboard development and stakeholder management skills to join a large, complex organisation delivering major infrastructure and portfolio programmes.
We're partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Data Analyst to support the delivery of critical reporting, performance insights and data improvement initiatives across a substantial project portfolio.
This role would suit an experienced Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, MI Analyst, Power BI Analyst or Business Intelligence professional who enjoys transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making.
You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality reporting and analytics that support senior leadership teams in managing large-scale project portfolios. The role combines technical data expertise, stakeholder engagement, reporting development and continuous improvement, offering excellent exposure to business-critical decision-making.
You'll also play a key role in improving data quality, shaping future reporting solutions and supporting ongoing digital transformation initiatives.
- Developing and delivering project and portfolio reporting to support leadership decision-making.
- Building dashboards, reports and analytical models that provide meaningful business insights.
- Monitoring data quality and leading initiatives to improve reporting accuracy and integrity.
- Working with stakeholders across multiple business functions to understand reporting requirements and drive data-led decision-making.
- Supporting workforce planning, future forecasting and risk analysis activities.
- Collaborating with digital and systems teams to help shape future reporting capabilities and data solutions.
- Ensuring reporting and data management activities align with governance standards and best practice.
Proven experience in a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, MI Analyst or Business Intelligence role.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Experience cleansing, manipulating and presenting data to a variety of audiences.
Power BI, SQL, Data modelling and data structures, SAP, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled reporting tools.
A confident communicator who can translate data into meaningful business insights.
Skilled at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Passionate about data quality, governance and continuous improvement.
