Connections Contract Manager (Levels 6-8)
Salary: £42,781 - £60,046per annum (depending on experience and level)
Location: Warwick, Wokingham or Glasgow (Hybrid, 1-2 days in the office per week)
Contract Length: 12-month contract with a strong potential for extension and/or conversion to a permanent position.
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Connections Contract Manager to join Connections Operations team. You will play a pivotal role in supporting customers through the connection process for generation and demand projects connecting to Great Britain's electricity network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer contracts and agreements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary contact for customers, handling queries, challenges, complaints and case management activities.
- Identify, assess and mitigate contractual, commercial and operational risks.
- Resolve complex customer and commercial issues through effective problem solving and stakeholder engagement.
- Build strong relationships across customers, project teams and wider stakeholders.
- Ensure contractual obligations, governance requirements and key milestones are achieved.
- Support multiple projects and priorities within a regulated environment.
- Proven Contract Management experience, including management of customer agreements.
- Experience working within a regulated environment.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience resolving commercial issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across multiple projects or portfolios.
- Experience handling customer complaints, escalations and case management activities.
- Demonstrable problem-solving skills with evidence of delivering positive customer outcomes.
- Ability to identify, assess and manage risks effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
