Transformation Programme Manager (Contract)

Daily Rate – Circa £550 per day via Umbrella
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving transformation? We are looking for a skilled Transformation Programme Manager to join our dynamic team for a temporary contract of 3 months. This is an exciting opportunity to lead impactful change initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external partners to foster strong relationships and ensure buy-in for transformation initiatives.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and minimise disruption during the transformation process.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with transformation projects and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in programme management, particularly in transformation or change management roles.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Prince2).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight deadlines.
- Experience in risk assessment and management.
- Relevant qualifications in project management or transformation (e.g., PMP, APMP, or equivalent) are preferred.
