By applying advanced machine learning techniques, generative AI, and large language models, they enhance pricing strategies, optimize store operations, and personalize customer interactions.
As a Data Scientist, you will:
- Develop and deploy machine learning solutions that enhance decision-making and improve customer service. This includes building data pipelines and models, evaluating model performance both statistically and in terms of business impact, and scaling solutions into production.
- Translate business problems into effective data science solutions, including building data pipelines and evaluating model performance.
- Collaborate with Machine Learning Engineers and Software Engineers to ensure efficient, maintainable solutions that align with organizational technology standards.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders, contributing to knowledge sharing within the organization and representing them in the external data science community.
A solid foundation in machine learning, statistics, and programming. Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills, with a scientific mindset focused on achieving business impact. The ability to translate challenging business problems into clear data science solutions. Extensive experience in designing and implementing models using Python, particularly in large-scale distributed computing environments. Strong coding practices, including version control and testing. Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Physics is preferred, though equivalent experience is also valued. Hands-on experience with advanced machine learning libraries.
