About This Opportunity

Lead the team managing Important Business Process (IBP) activities for critical customer outcomes which ultimately feeds into a range of Important Business Services. Important Business Service IBS forms part of Operational Resilience activities to prevent, respond, recover and learn from operational disruption.

Important Business Process IBP is the process steps essential to the outcome of an end-to-end customer journey.

Job Responsibilities

  • Accurately mapping the end-to-end customer journey of all assets, ensuring adherence to relevant risks and controls, contributing to the overall resilience of key digital channel journeys.
  • Leading the annual attestation process for mapping assurance.
  • Supporting relevant assessments across Group Incident Management, Resilience, Impact Tolerance, and Customer Treatment Strategy.
  • Adhering to Governance processes with reporting requirements into Senior Leadership being a critical element of the role.
  • Providing SME input to Scenario Testing and subsequent vulnerability remediation where required.
  • Managing risk & controls and ensuring visibility of any IBP events or triggers.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships through effective collaborator engagement.
  • Facilitating and coordinating quarterly & annual planning activity across the wider team.
  • Ensuring tech teams are delivering a resilient approach from a business perspective, stress testing etc.
  • Need to know business acumen, engineering aspect oversee, business processes.
  • More operational resilience, ops role with risk and control skills.
