The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

MAIN GOALS AND OBJECTIVES

Provides project management to ensure delivery of the Health and Wellbeing project on time and within budget. Provides technical knowledge and guidance to support and ensure achievement of the project delivery.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for project deliverables to a specified timeframe, quality and cost.
  • Ability to demonstrate deliverables status at any time with Key Performance Indicators.
  • Manage workload on a daily basis and respond to both long term and short term task requests.
  • Create and maintain a project timing plan.
  • Manage and track the key high level tasks of the team members.
  • Manage and track the key deliverables from the system suppliers.
  • Create and present a weekly report of the project status and issues.
  • Maintain effective communication internally, with the system suppliers and within VW Group.
  • Attend all key meetings with system suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and track all key topics with system suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure communication of the topics with the relevant stakeholders.
  • Tracking and reporting of any risks or issues and escalation where required.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Appropriate experience working in the Automotive Industry or related industries.
  • Experience of project management and delivery.
  • Strong influencing skills and communication, with a commitment to building positive relationships with other functions, and Group as an outward facing expert.
  • Ability to share technical knowledge effectively with others, coach and guide as appropriate.
  • Good business awareness and ability to make and influence strategic decisions within business context.
  • Understanding and ability to demonstrate behaviours in line with the People Framework.

PRACTICAL & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE

  • Has demonstrable knowledge applicable to the technology areas in a relevant Engineering discipline.
  • Demonstratable knowledge of project management software tools.
  • A proven knowledge of relevant departmental /Company systems and technical workings.
  • Understanding and application of all required sign off legislative and environmental requirements.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and application of Company problem solving tools and skills.
