This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact while engaging with clients and collaborating with global stakeholders.
What You’ll Do:
- Regularly consulting with clients to resolve complex inquiries and transactions.
- Managing multiple custodian bank reconciliations for cash and stock across various accounting platforms.
- Providing daily and monthly reporting, including positions, cash forecasting, month-end client reports, and ad hoc requests.
- Collaborating closely with global stakeholders, such as BNY Mellon, external custodians, brokers, and various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a subject matter expert, conducting research to address complex inquiries escalated by junior staff.
- Facilitate the maintenance of trade static data, trade enrichment, and market claims.
- Handle complex reconciliations, break assignments, and resolution of reconciliation breaks.
- Participate in monthly end-client statement workflow and incident management.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
What You Bring:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong product knowledge in Funds, Derivatives, Equities, and Fixed Income.
- Familiarity with systems such as TLM and Eagle is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of digital tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and UI Path.
- Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a must.
