We're partnering with a leading UK organisation to recruit a Resource Administrator to join a busy and collaborative Resourcing team.

This role has been created to support an established team during an exciting period of transformation and growth. You'll have the opportunity to learn how large organisations manage resources, allocate work, and support business-critical projects.
You'll work closely with experienced Resource Schedulers and business stakeholders, gaining hands-on experience with planning processes, reporting, data management and operational coordination. No previous industry experience is required — we're looking for individuals with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Maintaining and updating resource planning systems and records
- Processing resource requests and supporting allocation activities
- Creating and updating spreadsheets, trackers and reports
- Coordinating scheduling and workforce administration tasks
- Managing shared inboxes and responding to queries
- Supporting stakeholders with resource-related information
- Ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems
- Assisting with process improvements and administrative projects
- Providing wider support to the Talent & Resource team
We're Looking For
